About Stewbos

Named after co-owners and brothers-in-law Stewart Campbell and Bo Henry, Stewbos started out as a small company with roughly 20 employees at Harvest Moon, their flagship restaurant. By establishing its brand, Stewbos has grown over the years to employ more than 200 people.
This growth is partially due to the success of Harvest Moon, but also has a lot to do with the expansion of their brand by adding six other locations to their portfolio.
