Service Department

BMW Service Technician

We're looking for master or certified technicians to join a service team determined to be the best in Southwest Georgia. You'll perform diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealership vehicles using BMW's latest diagnostic technology — with a dealership behind you that's invested in your career, not just its repair orders.

What you'll do

  • Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
  • Provide labor and parts estimates for repair services
  • Complete high-quality repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C to Center and Factory standards
  • Run quality-control checks to confirm every repair is complete
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation
  • Keep an organized, clean workspace and account for tools at all times
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors and the Parts team
  • Participate in ongoing BMW proprietary training programs

What we're looking for

  • BMW Certification Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 required; BMW/MINI factory training and experience required
  • Quick, accurate problem identification with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment and learning new repair procedures
  • High school diploma or GED; technical degree and ASE certifications preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience; ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop
  • Basic computer skills and a positive, friendly attitude
